These terms describe the use of RushPost, operated by Igor Duca in Brazil. Questions about the service can be sent to duccaigor@gmail.com.

Your account and workspace

Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Only connect social accounts and manage workspaces that you are authorized to use. Workspace administrators are responsible for granting appropriate access to their team members.

Content and publication

You retain the rights you hold in your content. You authorize RushPost and its service providers to process, store and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you select, including publication to a connected social network.

You are responsible for reviewing captions, media, AI-generated material, selected channels, schedules and automated publishing settings before confirming them. You must have the rights and permissions required to use the content and must follow the policies of the social networks you connect.

Acceptable use

Do not use RushPost for unauthorized account access, unlawful content, deceptive activity, infringement, harassment or attempts to circumvent the security or usage restrictions of RushPost or a connected service. Do not share another person's social credentials with RushPost.

Connected services and availability

Social networks and other service providers operate independently and may change their APIs, permissions, policies or availability. Publications and metrics depend on these services and on the authorization of the connected account. A scheduled publication may fail if authorization expires or a provider rejects the content.

The staging environment is for testing. Use test workspaces and accounts there. It may change more frequently than the production service. Access to a test workspace does not grant access to other users' workspaces or production data.

Plans and charges

Any applicable paid plan, price and renewal conditions must be presented separately before purchase. These terms do not by themselves authorize a payment. The dedicated Meta app review workspace is provided for testing without requiring a purchase.

Privacy, disconnection and deletion

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect your channels and request deletion using the data deletion instructions. Disconnecting the integration does not delete content already published on a social network.

We may change features or these terms as the service evolves. The date above identifies this version. Contact duccaigor@gmail.com about access, service changes or ending your use of RushPost. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
